Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Queen Bee Belly Dance Melbourne. We are a wholly Australian owned business based in Melbourne Australia.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are sorry to hear it but we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 business days, on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that payment for dance classes cannot be refunded. However, you may pass on your Class Card for someone else to use in your stead. Class Cards can only be used in the Term they were purchased. Missed Class Card classes can be made up by attending any other Queen Bee Belly Dance classes within the same Term the Class Card was purchased.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Queen Bee Belly Dance respects your right to privacy. We do not collect or retain credit card information. Queen Bee Belly Dance Melbourne will not sell or share your name or personal information to third-parties.
If you have any questions on how to return your item to us just contact us. We will be very happy to try and resolve any issues so that you can enjoy your purchase. The address to return items will be issued once contact has been made and your circumstances reviewed.
